2. Description of Services

LC Flow provides software tools related to lead reporting, dashboards, performance visibility, and authorized third-party integrations. The Platform is designed to support agencies and businesses in managing lead-related data and reporting workflows.

The specific features and functionality available may vary and are subject to change.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify LC Flow promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. LC Flow is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

LC Flow offers subscription-based access to the Platform on a recurring basis. Certain plans include a free trial period, after which continued access requires a paid subscription.

By starting a free trial or subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize LC Flow to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. Free trials are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of activation, including any card-authorization requirements.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible within the Platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.

Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in writing. LC Flow reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation.
• Infringes on the rights of any third party.
• Involves unauthorized access or attempts to access systems, accounts, or data not intended for you.
• Interferes with, disrupts, or places an unreasonable burden on the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Involves scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction beyond authorized use.
• Constitutes abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive behavior.
• Involves reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Misuses connected services, integrations, or third-party platform access provided through the Platform.

LC Flow reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in response to any suspected violation of these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

LC Flow may integrate with third-party services, including Google services and other external providers, to deliver certain Platform functionality. These integrations are provided as a convenience and are subject to the terms and policies of each respective third-party provider.

Third-party services are outside LC Flow's control. Third-party providers may change their services, APIs, policies, or access requirements, or may become unavailable, restrict access, or limit functionality at any time and without notice to LC Flow.

LC Flow is not responsible for outages, delays, API failures, policy changes, access limitations, account restrictions, data loss, or functionality loss caused by third-party providers. Your use of any third-party service through the Platform is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third-party terms.

7. Customer Data and Responsibility

You retain ownership of any data you submit, connect, import, or process through the Platform ("Customer Data"). You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of Customer Data, including ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use such data in connection with the Platform.

LC Flow does not assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or legality of Customer Data.

8. Availability and Service Changes

LC Flow may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We may also introduce new features, change existing functionality, or impose usage limits.

LC Flow does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, updates, or external factors may affect availability.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, documentation, branding, and all related materials, is the property of LC Flow or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms. Customer Data remains your property.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LC Flow makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability.

LC Flow does not warrant that the Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

LC Flow does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, lead quality, conversion rates, advertising results, return on ad spend, or revenue arising from use of the Platform. Results depend on factors outside LC Flow's control, including but not limited to your advertising configuration, budget, market conditions, and third-party platform behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LC Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any third-party platform, API, or service failure, outage, change, or restriction.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or account.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or through the Platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if LC Flow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LC Flow, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Platform.
• Your unlawful use of data or violation of any third-party rights.
• Your improper use of integrations or connected services.

13. Suspension and Termination

LC Flow may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time where necessary for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, security concerns, legal requirements, or operational necessity.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

15. Changes to These Terms

LC Flow may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. The latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
