    For Agencies & Traffic Managers

You generated the lead. See what happened after it reached your client.

Connect your client's site and verify their domain, and their website enquiries land in LC Flow — stamped Received on arrival, First Seen when the lead is opened, and First Action when the first tracked action is taken. The next reporting call starts with a timeline.

You deliver the leads. Then what?

The hardest part of agency lead generation isn't volume — it's what happens after the lead arrives.

Clients say the leads are “bad” — but you can't see how fast they followed up.

Leads sit unactioned, and slow client responses get blamed on the campaign.

You can't easily prove which leads became quotes and won jobs.

Nothing in the stack records which enquiries actually turned into paid work.

How LC Flow works for agencies

Three steps from the enquiry landing to the outcome being recorded.

    01

Each lead lands, timestamped on arrival

Once a client's site is connected and their domain is verified, their website enquiries land in one console — stamped Received on arrival, First Seen when someone opens the lead, and First Action when Call, SMS, WhatsApp or Email is clicked inside LC Flow, or the lead is moved out of New.

    02

    Track follow-up and outcomes

Set an SLA target as tight as 5 minutes and every lead is marked on time, late or breached. An email alert goes out when the lead arrives, then up to 5 reminders until it is actioned. From there it moves through New → Contacted → Quoted → Won/Lost, with the won value recorded.

    03

Show each client where their leads came from

Each lead carries whatever Attribution Journey was captured for it — the First Touch, the Last Touch before the enquiry, and the source recorded when the lead was created — sitting next to its outcome and its response times in the client's report draft. Where no identifiable source was captured, the report says so rather than guessing.

A structured agency view for client lead health, SLA visibility, and follow-up status.

The Agency Console gives you a clear view of every client's lead health, SLA performance, and follow-up status — structured for how agencies actually operate.

    Not another generic CRM

LC Flow is purpose-built lead-response and outcome-tracking infrastructure for agencies managing trades and local service clients — not a broad all-in-one suite you have to wrangle.

    What LC Flow focuses on

    • Lead-response visibility: Received, First Seen, First Action
    • Outcome tracking: contacted, quoted, won, lost — with won value
    • Attribution Journey: First Touch, Last Touch and recorded source
    • Client report drafts you review and publish

    Broad all-in-one suites

    • Try to do everything: sites, funnels, email, automations, courses
    • Heavy setup and ongoing maintenance
    • Lead response and outcomes often an afterthought

Broad all-in-one suites like GoHighLevel Unlimited cover a wide feature set. LC Flow stays focused on lead response, outcome tracking, and attribution visibility for agencies managing trades clients — it is not a full replacement for every all-in-one feature.

    Agency and client, kept separate

You manage the whole client portfolio. Each managed client sees only their own leads.

    Agency portfolio view

Owners and admins list every managed client, open a client's lead capture setup, manage the snippet and domain verification, and control report settings from one place.

    Managed client view

Each managed client focuses only on their own leads and follow-up — with no access to other clients.

Run multi-client lead operations without the manual chase.

Give every client structured lead visibility, follow-up accountability and client-ready reporting — from one console built for how agencies operate.

See every client's lead health at a glance

Monitor lead status and follow-up across your managed clients from one console — including which leads are past their SLA target.

    Client reports, drafted for you

Lead volume, response times and outcomes are pulled into a client report draft. You review it and publish when it says what you want it to say.

Surface follow-up gaps before the client call

Leads past the SLA target you set are flagged late or breached, so a follow-up gap shows up in the console rather than in a client conversation.

Manage client workflows and team access

Client-scoped portals and role-based team access keep managed client operations organised across your agency portfolio.

Your leads land first. Google and Meta connect on top.

Website enquiries flow into LC Flow once your site is connected and your domain is verified. Connect Google Ads or Meta Ads when you want the deeper layer: see advertising performance next to your leads and, when connected and configured, send outcomes such as quoted or won back as conversions — so you can tell which advertising brings leads that turn into jobs. Reporting and follow-up work either way.

LC Flow for agencies, in plain terms

What is LC Flow for agencies?

LC Flow is the lead-response and outcome layer for agencies running lead generation for trades and local service clients. It captures each client's website enquiries once their site is connected and their domain is verified, stamps Received on arrival, records First Seen and First Action as they happen, and tracks each lead through contacted, quoted, won or lost.

How does LC Flow help agencies prove lead quality?

It records Received when the lead arrives, First Seen when the lead is opened, and First Action when the first tracked action is taken — sitting next to the outcome the client recorded. First Action is a click on Call, SMS, WhatsApp or Email inside LC Flow, or the lead moving out of New. It shows that someone acted, not that contact succeeded — and when no First Action has been recorded yet, the timeline shows exactly that.

Do my clients need Google or Meta connected to use LC Flow?

No. LC Flow works from each client's website enquiries once their site is connected and their domain is verified. Google and Meta connect afterwards as a deeper layer, per client, with conversion tracking policy toggles you control.

Is LC Flow a CRM or an attribution layer?

LC Flow is focused lead-response and outcome infrastructure, not a broad all-in-one CRM suite. It concentrates on response visibility, lifecycle outcomes, and the Attribution Journey behind each lead.

Who is LC Flow best for?

Agency owners, admins, and the account managers held responsible for what happens after a lead lands for a trades or local service client.

    Agency FAQ

Not a generic all-in-one CRM. LC Flow is focused on lead response, lifecycle outcomes, and lead source visibility for agencies managing trades and local service clients.

No. Broad suites like GoHighLevel cover many features. LC Flow stays focused on lead-response visibility, outcome tracking, and the Attribution Journey behind each lead — use it alongside your stack.

No. LC Flow does not create, edit, or manage campaigns, budgets, bidding, or targeting. It tracks what happens to the lead after it arrives.

They are a deeper integration layer, connected and configured per client once you are ready. Conversion tracking policy toggles sit with you, per client. LC Flow captures leads, timestamps them and tracks outcomes whether or not those accounts are connected.

This page is for agencies, agency owners, admins, and traffic managers who manage leads for clients. Business owners handling their own enquiries should look at the self-serve plan.

Each managed client sees only their own leads and follow-up — never other clients. Owners and admins manage the full portfolio.

Add the client, install the lead capture snippet on their site, and verify their domain. From there their enquiries land in LC Flow with Received, First Seen and First Action timestamps. Report settings and conversion tracking policy toggles are configured per client.

Standard website forms are supported once the snippet is installed on the client's site and their domain is verified. Some implementations need checking first — forms embedded in an iframe, and custom or single-page submissions that do not post like a normal form, are not picked up automatically. Check the client's forms during onboarding rather than assuming full coverage.

LC Flow sends an email alert as soon as a lead arrives, plus up to five scheduled follow-up reminders while the lead sits unactioned — reminders stop the moment someone actions the lead. Alerts and reminders are email only.

Open that client and every lead carries its own timeline: Received when the enquiry landed, First Seen when it was first opened in LC Flow, First Action when the first tracked action was taken, and the outcome recorded against it. A missing timestamp means LC Flow has not recorded that step for that lead — it tracks activity inside LC Flow, not activity outside it.

No. LC Flow does not pull ad spend, impressions and channel metrics together into a cross-channel dashboard. It works lead by lead: when each client enquiry arrived, when it was first seen, when the first action was recorded, and what the lead became. Run it alongside whatever reporting stack you already use.

No. LC Flow does not call, SMS or email the enquiry. It records the actions your client's team takes on a lead, and it emails the alert address configured for that client when a lead arrives and while it sits unactioned.

Next time lead quality comes up, bring the timeline.
